Return Process

  Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the saber in its original box with all accessories included, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

  Inspection and Refund

  After our technicians inspect the returned item to verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
