How long does shipping take for my lightsaber?
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, standard shipping takes 7-15 business days, while expedited options can arrive within 3-5 business days.
What is the difference between RGB and Neopixel blades?
RGB blades feature a single powerful LED in the hilt, making them ideal for heavy dueling. Neopixel blades contain an internal LED strip for realistic scrolling effects, localized flashes, and superior brightness.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all NEO Sabers come with a 1-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and electronic malfunctions under normal use conditions.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. If your saber arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team immediately for a replacement.
How do I charge my NEO Saber?
Most models include a USB charging cable. We recommend using a 5V 1A wall adapter to prevent battery damage. A full charge typically takes 2-4 hours depending on the model.
Are these sabers suitable for heavy dueling?
Our RGB Base Lit sabers are specifically designed for heavy dueling with reinforced polycarbonate blades. While Neopixel sabers can handle light to medium dueling, they are primarily designed for cinematic effects.
